Please note the following policies:

• A detailed list of the simulator’s major components is provided below. Should any damage occur, you will be held financially responsible for the repairs or replacement.

• Prior to using the simulator, all guests are required to complete an orientation on the proper handling and use of the equipment, as well as finalize registration and sign the waiver of liability.

• If you arrive for your session under the influence of alcohol or drugs, access will be denied, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

• Failure to comply with our rules or any form of aggressive or inappropriate behavior towards our staff will result in the immediate termination of your session and removal from the premises.

General Rules:

• Do NOT swing clubs or hit balls until you have received proper instruction and signed the required liability waiver.

• Food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the simulator bay, which encompasses all areas covered by green synthetic turf.

• Only clean and dry indoor or golf shoes are permitted in the simulator bay. Street shoes are not allowed.

• Golf balls must be inspected and approved by staff. Only brand-new, unmarked golf balls are permitted for use.

• Wooden or plastic tees are not allowed. Only tees approved by the facility may be used.

• Golf bags must be placed on designated bag stands and are not permitted in the simulator bay.

• Extra clubs, balls, or other equipment must not be left in the bay, as they may interfere with the radar unit and pose safety risks.

• Only one person is permitted to hit in the bay at a time.
